DELIVERY POLICY
- Standard US Shipping is 7 to 10 business days.
- Priority US Shipping is 3 to 4 business days.
- Shipping is by UPS unless otherwise notified.
- Dates may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
- Delivery dates noted apply to orders placed by 2:00 p.m. P.S.Tand where credit approval and product availability are confirmed by 3:00 p.m. on the same business day that the order is placed. Estimated delivery dates are posted in your Order History section and we will notify you of any unusual circumstances.
- OfficeSupplies.us.com shipping rates apply to locations within the continental US for customers within the US. We do not ship or bill to international addresses.
- OfficeSupplies.us.com delivers to street addresses (not P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO) in the continental US only.
- Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays.
- Generally, someone will have to sign for your order.
Note: Certain OfficeSupplies.us.com items originate directly from carefully selected vendors and manufacturers. In many instances, delivery personnel will deliver your order to your entrance. Other items are prestocked at warehouses around the country and delivered by a common carrier. For these items a loading dock is needed. If one is not available, delivery personnel will bring your order to the tailgate of the truck and you are responsible for unloading the items and bringing them into your building.
HANDLING & SHIPPING FEES WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL U.S.
- Standard U.S. Handling & Shipping Fee is a minimum of $8.00 plus 7% of your purchase price.
- Priority U.S. Handling & Shipping Fee is minimum of $12.00 plus 12% of your purchase price.
- Minimum H&S Fees are waived on orders over $85.00 (You are charged the % amount only).
- Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, & Puerto Rico are available with an H&S Fee of $65.00 plus 10%.
Furniture deliveries may be scheduled for specific weekdays in certain areas. Once you place your order, we will contact you to set your delivery days or you can contact us for the furniture delivery days in your area.
MINIMUM ORDER
We have a $10.00 minimum order policy.
CALIFORNIA SALES TAX
If you are based in California, you will be charged 8.75% California Sales Tax
DOES OFFICESUPPLIES.US.COM DELIVER TO MAIL DROP LOCATIONS?
A "Mail Drop" location is an address where a business or service accepts mail deliveries on behalf of a customer. OfficeSupplies.us.com will deliver to Mail Drop locations such as a UPS Store (formerly Mail Boxes Etc.). However, OfficeSupplies.us.com is unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are military overseas mail drops.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?
For your package safety, it is best to have someone available to sign for your order during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays (UPS may deliver to residential addresses up to 7:00 p.m.). If no one is available and you would like the driver to leave your shipment, please leave a note at your door or specify a neighbor that is authorized to accept your package. In certain instances, your order may not be suitable for driver release. The driver will leave a note with instructions on how to receive your order, or you will be contacted for a redelivery.
RETURN POLICY
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your OfficeSupplies.us.com purchase, return it within 60 days for any reason.
- Software: Return unopened software that we currently sell for a full refund within 60 days. We’ll gladly exchange opened software for the same title and version.
- Technology: Because technology changes so quickly, we can only accept it for return within 14 days of the date of receipt. This includes: computers, monitors, notebooks/laptops, copiers, all-in-one machines, digital cameras, modems, printers, computer peripherals, handheld computers, fax machines, scanners, wireless phones, telephones, GPS units, GPS accessories, and networking products.
- Furniture: Furniture is subject to natural wear and tear, so we can only accept it for return within 14 days of the date of receipt. Custom ordered and custom assembled furniture is made and/or assembled to your specifications, so it’s only returnable if it’s defective when you receive it.
- Refund Policy: If you paid with a credit/debit card, money order, or a check, we’ll refund your purchase with a credit to your card or with a check respectively. If your purchase exceeded $500 before tax, and you paid with a check or money order, your money will be refunded in the form of a check. If you paid by credit card, we'll credit your account.
- Return Authorization: Simply request a Return Authorization Number by calling 1 909 393 4455 and you may then return your purchase in saleable condition with the original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals, parts, and your receipt or packing slip. If an item is defective, we will exchange it or issue you a refund including shipping charges.

DO YOU ACCEPT PURCHASE ORDERS?
We're sorry but at this time we do not accept Purchase Orders (POs).
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
No problem as long as long as you call us before it is shipped. We generally ship the same day as ordered if orders are received before 11:00 AM. Orders received after 11:00 AM are generally shipped the following business day. You may change or exchange an order after that but will incur the shipping fees.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ITEM IS IN STOCK?
We are associated with a distribution network of over 35 warehouses throughout the United States and generally always have product in stock, however we will contact you within one business day if there is a stock issue.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Of course. If you call us before it ships, we'll be happy to cancel it. If you call us after it has shipped then you will bear the cost of shipping and we will refund the rest. Our goal is to keep you as a customer long term. CALL US: 1-909-248-4411.
